Terms and Conditions ppn8 — Platform Usage Guide for All Members

1Eligibility to Use the ppn8 Platform

The ppn8 platform may only be used by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. ppn8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to take appropriate action if the requirements are not met.

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the date of account registration.
• Being an individual who registers under your own name — not on behalf of another person or corporate entity.
• Never previously closed or banned from using the ppn8 platform.
• Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial purposes or as a third-party agent.
• Understanding and accepting the risks associated with gambling and playing responsibly.

2Account Registration & Member Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on ppn8. Owning multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, different phone numbers, or any other method — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per your identification document, an active phone number, and valid banking details. ppn8 uses this information to ensure your account's security and to process fund withdrawals correctly.

• You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your ppn8 account password.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact ppn8 support immediately.
• Ppn8 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed to ensure the security of your funds.

All activity that occurs in your account is considered activity authorized by you, unless you promptly report unauthorized access to the ppn8 support team.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Ppn8 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for member convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 30 per request.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account registered under the same member's name.
• Ppn8 does not accept or process payments to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours on business days.
• Ppn8 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the validity of certain transactions.

Ppn8 enforces strict anti-money laundering measures. Any suspicious transactions will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Ppn8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward member loyalty. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Each bonus has a different wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Each promotion has a set validity period and will expire automatically on the stated date.
• Ppn8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses or promotions if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Members are only eligible for one welcome bonus for the lifetime of their account.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Ppn8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. ppn8's decisions regarding bonus claims are final.

5Prohibited User Conduct

To ensure a safe and fair gaming experience for all members, certain conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppn8 platform. Violation of any of the following prohibitions may result in account suspension or termination without notice:

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play games or access the platform.
• Conducting coordinated attacks or exploiting bugs in games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing your account or allowing another individual to use your account.
• Creating a new account after your account has been closed or suspended by ppn8.
• Depositing funds from unlawful sources or engaging in any money laundering activity.
• Using a VPN or other means to conceal your actual location in order to bypass restrictions.
• Distributing content that threatens, harasses, or compromises the safety of other users.

6ppn8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ppn8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of ppn8 or our licensed partners. This content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws in force in Malaysia.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any content on the ppn8 platform without written consent.
• The brand name "ppn8" and associated logos are registered trademarks that may not be used without authorization.
• Using platform content for commercial purposes without authorization is a violation of the law.

Ppn8 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects members to do the same. Any claims relating to intellectual property infringement may be submitted to our support team for follow-up action.

7Account Termination & Suspension

You may close your ppn8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible funds have been withdrawn and that there are no active bets still pending.

Ppn8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Suspected of fraud or illegal activity using the platform.
• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Inaccurate or unverifiable registration information.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or competent regulatory bodies.

For accounts closed due to a terms violation, ppn8 reserves the right to withhold funds until the internal investigation is complete. For standard closures requested by members, eligible funds will be processed according to ppn8's standard withdrawal procedures.

8ppn8 Limitation of Liability

Ppn8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from factors beyond our reasonable control. This includes service disruptions caused by third-party technical issues, internet infrastructure failures, or unforeseeable cybersecurity incidents.

• Ppn8 does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability at all times, though we strive to achieve 99.9% uptime.
• Ppn8 is not responsible for data loss resulting from the failure of a user's own device.
• Game results generated by RNG are final and cannot be disputed on technical grounds.

9Privacy & Personal Data Protection

Ppn8 takes seriously our responsibility to protect your personal data in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, processing, and storage of your data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy page us.

• Your data is used solely for account operations and improving ppn8 services.

10Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

• Step two: If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
